This double poster set provides visual reminders of Verb Process types.
Design 1 lists the Verb Process types covered in my courses: doing, behaving, mental, verbal, existential, and relating. Prompts to define each Process are suggested in brackets and as symbols.
Design 2 lists the Verb Process types explicitly named in Year 3 in the Australian Curriculum: “understand how verbs represent different processes for doing, feeling, thinking, saying and relating (AC9E3LA07)“
Use these posters to remind your students (and yourself) of the different Verb Process types and to help them identify them across a variety of texts.
These posters are available as PDF for printing. Ready to be scaled to your preferred size, printed and laminated. Each poster design has two different variations, one with symbols for younger years and one with text prompts in brackets for older years.
